Today WPL, along with our Community, celebrates Collier County’s Centennial! Collier County was created on May 8, 1923 when Florida Governor Cary A. Hardee signed Senate Bill 149, Chapter 9362, officially creating Florida State’s 62nd county. Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. has provided legal services and helped to develop to Collier County for over 50 of those years and is proud to call it our home.
The Community will celebrate its 100th anniversary throughout 2023 with programs and events commemorating this historic milestone. See https://www.colliercounty100.com/ for more information about Collier’s history and events planned.
The Commemoration of the Collier County Centennial takes place on the steps of Everglades City Hall today at 10 a.m. Commemoration of the Collier County Centennial
