Lindsay B. Cohen

Lindsay B. Cohen is Of Counsel with Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A., where she focuses her law practice primarily on civil and commercial litigation, including construction defect, personal injury and breach of contract matters. She represents clients in a broad range of issues and brings significant experience handling complex civil litigation at both the trial court and appellate levels. Prior to joining Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, Lindsay was a partner at a large insurance defense firm, where her practice involved complex construction defect and personal injury litigation. She also previously served as counsel representing large financial institutions in contested foreclosure and eviction matters.

Lindsay grew up in Naples, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. While living in Atlanta, Lindsay also worked for an international news organization. She is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S. Southern District of Florida and U.S. Middle District of Florida. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys playing pickleball, reading, and spending time with her husband and their pets.
