Trevor D. Allen is an associate attorney at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in Marco Island. His practice focuses on real estate and business law, encompassing commercial and residential acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, real estate financing, corporate transactions, entity formation, and corporate structuring. Trevor provides comprehensive guidance to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through drafting, negotiation, and closing.

Trevor earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and politics from Lake Forest College, providing him with a strong foundation in the financial and business considerations underlying complex transactions.

Outside the office, Trevor enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and tennis, and exploring new cuisines.

    • Represent borrowers and lenders in real estate financing transactions, loan closings, and refinancings
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts relating to real estate and business transactions
    • Prepare and review deeds, mortgages, easements, and other real property instruments
    • Assist clients with business acquisitions and dispositions
    • Advise clients regarding entity formation, corporate structuring, and related governance matters
    • Coordinate due diligence and transaction documentation for real estate and business transactions
