Attorney Ryan G. Welker is an associate attorney at the firm’s Marco Island office, where he also provides legal services at the Naples, Florida location. He focuses his practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, guardianship, as well as probate and trust administration.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Ryan has been practicing law in Ohio since 2011. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University before receiving his law degree from Capital University Law School, also in his hometown. In 2023, Ryan expanded his qualifications by passing the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to practice law in Florida. In 2024, he relocated to Florida with his family, bringing his extensive legal experience and dedication to client service to his new community. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys reading, walking, golfing, and spending time with his wife (his high school sweetheart) and their daughter.
