The firm also has an office on Marco Island and has been assisting clients across the region for more than 50 years. The firm, located on the second floor of 3200 Tamiami Trail North in Naples, has now purchased the first floor of the building as well. The first floor, which encompasses approximately 5,000 square feet will be divided in half with one half utilized as additional offices and meeting room space for the WPL staff and the remaining half leased to a tenant for retail space. Humphrey Rosal Architects, located on the third floor of the building, has been retained to design the planned renovations for this first floor space.
