Derek J. Di Crescienzo

Derek J. Di Crescienzo is an associate attorney at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in Naples, Florida. His practice focuses on family law and civil litigation, where he assists clients with a variety of legal matters involving disputes, negotiations, and litigation.

Originally from New Jersey, Derek earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Montclair State University. Before moving to Florida and pursuing his legal career, Derek worked as a broker for a hard money lending company, gaining valuable experience in real estate finance, commercial transactions, and the evaluation and negotiation of financial matters.

Derek earned his Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. He began his career with Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. as an intern in October 2025 and continued working with the firm throughout his legal education. After graduating from law school, Derek successfully passed the Florida Bar Examination in July 2026 on his first attempt and joined the firm as an associate attorney.

Outside of the office, Derek enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and fiancée. He enjoys taking advantage of the Southwest Florida lifestyle, particularly spending time at the beach and enjoying the outdoors.
