Welker has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Mr. Welker will primarily serve clients from the firm’s Marco Island office, also providing legal services at the Naples, Florida location. He will focus his practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, guardianship, as well as probate and trust administration.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Ryan G. Welker has been practicing law in Ohio since 2011. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University before receiving his law degree from Capital University Law School. In 2023, Ryan expanded his qualifications by passing the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to practice law in Florida. In 2024, he relocated to Florida with his family, bringing his extensive legal experience and dedication to client service to his new community.
Mr. Welker’s practice focus includes preparing Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, and ancillary Estate Planning documents such as Health Care Surrogate designations, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills. He also prepares specific and focused estate plans to meet each client’s unique needs and represents Personal Representatives and Beneficiaries in Summary Administration and Formal Administration proceedings, as well as other forms of Probate and Trust Administration.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys reading, walking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and their daughter.
