Established in 1977, The Environmental and Land Use Law Section of The Florida Bar provides a forum for attorneys to share technical and legal knowledge that relates to the field of environmental and land use law. The Section offers numerous seminars, workshops and publications (The Section Reporter) on the environment and the use of land. The Section has also published a treatise, “Florida Environmental and Land Use Law,” as a comprehensive guide.
The ELULS section is open to members of The Florida Bar, law students, and affiliated professionals.
